This event celebrates the town’s origins as a ranching & gold mining center in the days before there was a Phoenix. The heritage event was founded 71 years ago, and today Gold Rush Days draws tens of thousands of visitors, during the 3 ½ days of activities.

- The Crossett Riding Club was founded in 1948 at the old home site of Cap’ Gates, one of the original founders of the city of Crossett.

- Awards: The Crossett Riding Club PRCA Rodeo has been recognized as top five PRCA Medium Rodeo of the Year for 2012 and 2013.
