The Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede (MHE&S) is a “Not for Profit” volunteer community service organization, established to provide the City of Medicine Hat and District with programs, events, and facilities.
It was incorporated under the Alberta Companies Act on May 8th, 1947. It is also recognized in the Alberta Agricultural Societies Act as an Agricultural Society.

Rockin’ the Grandstand stage will be Grammy Award winners Train to complete the 2021 celebration of the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede.
