Let’s rodeo in Wahoo July 22-24! The “Biggest Little PRCA Rodeo in Nebraska” kicked up dust for the first time in 1942. Since then, the PRCA Rodeo has made it’s home at the end of July, just one week before the Saunders County Fair starts. This year the gates will swing open on July 22, 2021. The three days of lassoing, rodeo action will commemorate the 66th annual Wahoo PRCA Rodeo.
The sun will be beaming, but with the covered grand stands and dozens of trees, there’s shade to be found. The cookshack will be grilling up the best burgers in town and has all of the drinks to keep the fans cool. Cowboys and cowgirls will come from all around to bring the best rodeo action to Wahoo. The seven events mixed with hilarious clowns and specialty acts there will be something to impress everyone in the family. Championship Pro Rodeo will bring the best livestock, horses and bulls to keep fans guessing what will happen next. For our younger cowpokes, they’ll get to show off their skills during the Mutton Bustin’.
Don’t worry about the heat or a late summer thunderstorm. The crowd will be noisy and the bulls will be bucking, if you’re not in Wahoo, you’ll be missing out! Only thirty minutes from Omaha or Lincoln, the Wahoo PRCA Rodeo is a perfect evening getaway for the entire family.
