This waiver and release includes any and all claims of any personal injury or bodily injury, claims regarding the contraction of covid-19, for the ticket holders own active or passive negligence, or claims for loss of property. Ticket Holder further acknowledges that Broad Street Station is not responsible for articles checked, contents of articles checked, for any item left overnight, or lost tickets. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules, including no outside food and beverage, weapons, illegal drugs, and other contraband. Failure to comply with all laws or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.</p>
