The Clackamas County Fairgrounds and Event Center, home of the Clackamas County Fair, has been a proud tradition since 1907, and is the County’s major agricultural and industrial exposition. The Fair Board and Staff’s dedication and purpose is to provide a showplace for educational activities, healthful competition, recognition of our county youth, displays of better methods and products of agriculture, business, commerce, history and tourism.
No pets are allowed on the Fairgrounds at any time, but Service Dogs are welcome. A service dog is any guide dog, signal dog, or other dog trained to provide assistance to a person with a disability. Prior to allowing a service dog onto the Fairgrounds we need the owner to answer two questions: Is this service dog required because of a disability? What is it trained to do to mitigate the disability? (example, guide dog for blind person). Dogs whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship, therapeutic benefit or to promote emotional well-being are not service dogs and are not allowed on public grounds or in public buildings.
The Clackamas County Fairgrounds and Event Center is a Smoke-Free facility.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or buildings.
