The Lassen County Fairgrounds is located in Susanville, California which lies at the head of the Honey Lake Valley with an altitude of 4,200 feet. The beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain Range surrounds the valley and is the eastern gateway to Lassen Volcanic National Park and Forest. The Lassen County Fair is also responsible for maintaining the fairgrounds year-round for interim events. More than 90,000 people visit the fairgrounds for events such as auto racing, craft fair, children’s fair, gun shows, tool sales, food banks, and numerous other community events. The fairgrounds is also host to many private party events.
