Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Event Liability Waiver Ticket holder must be 21 years of age or older and voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued (including exposure to covid -19) and waives any and all claims against Broad Street Station, its officers, agents, volunteers, donors, vendors, affiliates, associate companies, and beneficiaries (collectively referred to as Broad Street Station). This waiver and release includes any and all claims of any personal injury or bodily injury, claims regarding the contraction of covid-19, for the ticket holders own active or passive negligence, or claims for loss of property. Ticket Holder further acknowledges that Broad Street Station is not responsible for articles checked, contents of articles checked, for any item left overnight, or lost tickets. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules, including no outside food and beverage, weapons, illegal drugs, and other contraband. Failure to comply with all laws or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.</p>
